Jessie Zhang
Jessie is a Chartered Accountant and an Insolvency Manager at Khov Jones. She brings several years of experience with the Official Assignee’s Office, where she managed a substantial portfolio of insolvency estates, including liquidations, receiverships, and bankruptcies, from initial appointment through to closure.
She has extensive experience in insolvency administration, complex investigations, financial analysis, statutory reporting, and the management of urgent onsite actions. Her earlier experience in trust accounting has provided her with a strong foundation in financial controls and compliance.
Jessie is recognised for her disciplined approach, consistent performance, and willingness to take on challenging matters. She is particularly drawn to insolvency practice for its intersection of law, finance, and analytical problem‑solving, and for the opportunity it provides to support fair outcomes for creditors and stakeholders.
Outside of the office, Jessie enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and exploring great food and New Zealand’s beautiful beaches. She is also an enthusiastic follower of international tennis, particularly the Grand Slam tournaments.
