Ilya Ledenev
Ilya is a Chartered Accountant and an Insolvency Manager at Khov Jones, bringing over a decade of experience in corporate advisory services. His expertise spans areas such as restructuring and insolvency, business valuations, financial modeling, and forensic investigations.
Throughout his career, Ilya has worked across Oceania and Europe, handling complex financial transactions and due diligence engagements in sectors including construction, hospitality, heavy manufacturing, IT, and retail.
Before joining Khov Jones, Ilya worked as a corporate finance manager at an investment bank, where he honed his research and analytical skills, particularly in M&A activities. His time at EY Portugal strengthened his ability to manage and execute projects across different teams and jurisdictions.
Outside of work, Ilya enjoys snowboarding during the season and riding his dirt bike year-round, exploring diverse terrains.
